Join us to explore how objects, species and myths of oceanic and oceanographic origins have been collected, interpreted, displayed and utilised, and to examine the ocean as a site of enchantment throughout this broad historic time period.

Speakers include: Marion Endt-Jones (Art History & Visual Studies, University of Manchester), Eleanor Morgan (Artist in Residence, Grant Museum of Zoology, UCL), Pandora Syperek (History of Art, UCL) and Jane Wildgoose (Artist/Kingston University).
